WHY MAKE JESUS KING OF OUR LIFE?
1.) JESUS RESURRECTED. He defeated death.
Romans 14: 8-9 – Live or die, we are the Lord’s
2.) No one call Jesus as Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. There should be no idols (other gods)
Other gods:
- Economic Force - Global Forces - International Forces
- Religion Forces - Personal Forces
3.) JESUS is LORD of the FUTURE,
Matthew 28:18 says that WE HAVE THE RIGHT.
HOW CAN JESUS BE KING?
1.) KNOW HIM. Romans 10:9
Daniel 11:32 – know God and you shall be strong
I Thessalonians 4: 3-9 – moderate and control oneself
2.) IMITATE HIM - Hebrews 12:2
3.) NOTIFY THE WORLD
4.) GLORIFY GOD. Philippians 3:14
